Collaborative Model
Enrichment teachers will choose a particular grade or group of students to work with. The collaborative model allows the enrichment teacher to support classroom objectives:

- Each enrichment teacher would work with a different grade level for a period of time and rotate so that by the end of the year students from every grade would have the opportunity for enrichment with each member of the E-Team.
- Classroom teachers may send the same students to enrichment or choose to rotate students for enrichment.
- Enrichment time is meant to provide small group instruction for both the classroom teacher and the E-Team.
- Enrichment teachers may also collaborate on activities/projects.
- Support existing Literacy Events, Leadership Awareness, School Culture Initiatives, etc.
